सर्वोच्च अदालतको ढोकामा पुग्यो चार दलको १६ बुँदे रजिष्ट्रारले गरेको दरपीठ विरुद्ध अर्को उजुरी २०७२ जेठ ३२ गते १२स्५७ मा प्रकाशित ३२ जेठ, काठमाडौं । चार दलले बालुवाटारमा गरेको १६ बुँदे सहमति अन्तररिम संविधानको मर्म र भावना विपरीत भएको भन्दै त्यसका केही प्रावधानलाई खारेज गराउन केही वकिलहरु सर्वोच्च अदालतमा पुगेका छन् । पूर्वराजदूतसमेत रहेका विजयकान्त कर्ण र कपिलवस्तु निवासी रक्षाराम हरिजनले शुक्रबार दायर गरेको रिट सर्वोच्च अदालतका निमित्त रजिष्ट्रार श्रीकान्त पौडेलले दर्ता गर्न नमिल्ने भन्दै दरपीठ गरिदिएका छन् ।
