Este proyecto de radio nació desde la creación del colegio Monseñor Ramón Arcila Cali, hoy INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA MONSEÑOR RAMÓN ARCILA CALI. En sus comienzos era para crear una emisora de radio comunitaria FM para el oriente de cali y todas las poblaciones vecinas de la ciudad. El proyecto fracasó por falta de apoyo institucional, hoy está hecho realidad y nuestros jovenes estudiantes y egresados presentan algo diferente al mundo.
